Minnesota real estate brokerage and law

Have an attorney represent you throughout the entire home buying or selling process for a fraction of the cost of a Realtor. My full service is unique and my clients are loving it (read the reviews). Consumer friendly fee agreements designed to save you thousands. No dual agency, junk fees or hogging commissions.

  • Buyers.  Full MLS access. I only get paid if I collect the commission and refund it to you (less my legal fees).
  • Sellers. I will guide you throughout the entire process. I will list your home on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and all the local brokerage sites. And if you or I find the buyer, you save on the entire  commission offered to the buyer broker (that’s your money, not mine).
  • Luxury or Executive Homes. Why would you trust a multi-million dollar transaction to a non-lawyer? And why would you pay $50,000 or more in commissions?
  • New Construction. Nearly all builders pay 2.7% to buyer brokers just for having their name registered. Register my name as your Realtor and I will save you thousands and provide legal representation throughout the entire transaction.
